In the event
that an item must be returned, please follow these steps:
First, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please
note that no returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA number.
You will need the following information to submit a request and receive
an RMA number:
Order number and purchase date
Name of merchant the item was purchased from
Item description(s) and/or number(s)
Description of the problem
Customer name, address1 and day time phone number.

Second, send the item(s) being returned to the Pocketec Returns Dept.
address that will be provided when you receive an RMA number. In your shipment,
please note your RMA number and include a copy of the sales order.
Pocketec is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred by the
customer in returning any product to Pocketec for refund or repair.
Returning an Item for Refund: You may return any product
purchased directly from Pocketec2 for a full refund less shipping and
handling charges so long as the product is returned within 30 days of the
purchase date. An invoice or sales receipt must accompany any request for
returns. Refunds will be issued upon receipt, in good physical condition,
of 100% of the returned items, including covers, cases, product
documentation, product packaging, and any free accessories or software
associated with the order.
Returning an Item for Repair: Pocketec products are
covered by a
limited one-year WARRANTY. Upon receipt of the defective product,
Pocketec will attempt to service the product within 5 to 10 business days,
but please allow for occasional delays. Expedited service may be available
for an additional fee. After the returned product has been serviced, it
will be shipped to the customer via UPS ground free of charge. UPS air
delivery is available for an additional fee. |
